Supreme Court landmark ruling allows mother to remain in UK

The court ruled that an illegal immigrant from Tanzania has the right to stay in the UK because her two children were born in Britain. <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2011/feb/01/asylum-immigration-mother-huma…; target="_blank">The Guardian<a/> says that the "landmark ruling" expands the law on the human rights of British children whose parents face removal, and also delivered a stark warning to immigration authorities to change their approach to dealing with young people.
