Payment policy

We accept payments by card, bank transfer or cheque.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque when you sign up for EIN membership, we will process your order when we receive your payment. You can email or call us on 0161 521 9831 to let us know when you have sent your payment or to discuss any other matters about your payment.

Card payments

Card payments made through the EIN website are processed safely and securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. All card details are handled securely by Stripe. No card details are sent to EIN or stored on the EIN website.

We can accept card payments in £ GBP.

Refund policy

When purchasing membership of EIN you are making an annual commitment and refunds are not usually issued. However there may, occasionally, be exceptional circumstances where a refund would be warranted and in these circumstances you should email to enable us to investigate the matter. We will endeavour to make a decision within 14 days.

Business to business contracts by credit/debit card do not attract the same rights as those for a private individual.
