This course is of particular significance to all practitioners in light of reduced options under the current UK Immigration Rules, particularly the Points Based System.
The course will contextualise this category in contrast to other past and present categories and provide a systematic overview of the UK Immigration Rules in respect of Representatives of an Overseas Business (Sole Representatives).
It will provide practical tips in relation to Entry Clearance, Further Leave to Remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain applications and best approaches when dealing with clients.
There will also be a particular focus on required documentation in support of applications to be submitted.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop delegates will have a thorough understanding of this often ignored, little used yet vital category and will feel confident to advise clients as to suitable ways to proceed with cases as well as the preparation of required supporting documentation.
