Outreach solicitor/adviser

Fixed term (until June 2020), part time (28 hours per week) or part-time sessional

The Migrant Children’s Project at Coram Children’s Legal Centre is looking for a solicitor or OISC adviser to undertake outreach legal immigration advice work. This role will involve the provision of one-off legal immigration advice to migrant children, young people and families in London as part of a dedicated outreach programme which runs regular sessions at partner organisations and community groups. It would suit an immigration lawyer with experience of providing legal immigration advice to children, young people and families, who would like a short-term challenge with the opportunity to gain considerable experience supporting children, young people and families with diverse immigration, asylum and nationality advice needs, including the EU Settlement Scheme and advice on access to services and support. We are happy to consider part-time flexible arrangements, but the timings of certain outreach sessions are fixed.
