ILPA: Temporary workers – maximising sponsorship and options for T5 businesses and individuals

WEB 1081 Temporary workers – maximising sponsorship and options for T5 businesses and individuals

Tuesday 23 March 2021 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

BOOK NOW

This course will look at temporary routes for business migration away from the visitor option, from the unsponsored Youth Mobility route to more formal sponsorship in roles reserved for specific migrant categories.

As Brexit bites and EU nationals become subject to immigration control, it is in the interest of individuals and employer to know the options available. Long-term sponsorship as a Skilled Worker isn't suitable for all, but T5 options can allow for business continuity and UK opportunity.

The course will consider:

• Youth mobility
• Seasonal workers
• Creative workers
• Specific business routes (International Agreements and Government Authorised Exchanges)
• Sportspersons
• Religious workers
• Charity workers
• Licensing process for businesses
