This course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to business immigration, covering visitors, sponsored workers, and alternatives to sponsorship. In addition to well-established options for Skilled Workers, we will consider current and changing offerings for entrepreneurs and innovators, representatives of overseas businesses, and how the end of free movement will impact the UK's approach to temporary work. For those new to business migration, or wanting to refresh their existing knowledge, this will be a fun and informative session aimed at beginner to intermediate level.
