This course will examine the options available for cross-border or 'frontier workers' wanting to work in the UK. With free movement now at an end, EEA/Swiss frontier workers need to secure some form of work permission before 30 June 2021. The frontier worker permit which launched on 10 December 2020 is one option and this webinar will go through the application process in-depth. We will also consider what alternative visa options are available for frontier workers under the EU Settlement Scheme, the PBIS and the visitor visa rules.
