An overview of the law and process relating to entry clearance applications for family members seeking to join children and young people in the UK. The course will consider applications for entry clearance on article 8 ECHR grounds with a focus on child sponsors with Refugee status and Humanitarian Protection seeking to reunite with their parents and/or siblings in the UK. The course will cover the online application process, practical issues, appeals and legal developments.
