Description
Free movement to the EU ended on 31 December 2020 and since that date UK nationals are subject to the visa regimes of the EU, and in particular those within the Schengen area. This course will look at the visa requirements for those looking to travel, for tourism, work or study purposes to the EU. The course will cover:
- An overview of the Schengen area and the requirements of those countries, including reference to the proposed Entry/Exit system (EES).
- A broad overview of the requirements of non-Schengen EU countries.
- Advice on limitations for those seeking to work and study in the EU
- Signposting on where to go for advice and challenges to decisions made
