• Consider how best to present bail hearings remotely
• Update ourselves on the FTT Rules and Guidance on Bail
• Bail conditions: Financial Conditions Supporters, probable conditions of release including electronic tagging and study restrictions
• Deal with bail barriers including accommodation issues for higher risk offenders
• Update on the latest case law on unlawful detention including Adults at Risk issues, Rule 34 and Rule 35, grace periods for release
