CLT: Immigration - Supervisor's Revision Course

Mon 21 Sep 2020 - 9:30AM London
Type Public Course
Duration 6.0 Hours
Speakers David Gilmore

Under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Regulations every practice with more than one person performing publicly funded work must have at least one person who is accredited as a Supervisor. This course will ensure that you:

  • Understand the requirements of the Supervisor
  • Understand how your application will be assessed
  • Have an awareness of the key tools used by effective supervisors
  • Are familiar with how to train and develop your caseworkers

The course has been extended to one day in order to include mock examination questions complete with model answers.

Please note: This course relates to the Supervisor Assessment of the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. Attending this course is not an alternative means of meeting the generic supervision requirements as specified by the Legal Aid Agency in their contract specification and in their supervision self-declaration forms. If you are confused by this, please contact your Legal Aid Agency Contract Manager for further information.
