Detailed knowledge of South Korean policy in relation to granting persons of North Korean origin permission to enter the country, residence, support and citizenship and extensive experience in providing country expert reports for immigration lawyers representing North Korean clients (including some experience of giving testimony at tribunals) and clients from other countries in my list (including Pakistan, Vietnam and Afrghanistan). Also detailed knowledge of Chinese, Russian, Pakistani, Iranian, Iraqi and European politics.
