WEB 1201 Private and Family Life – new Rules and Routes to Settlement post-June 2022 (webinar)

This course will provide practitioners with an understanding of the new Rules on private life applications and settlement applications for those on the 10 year family route, as set out in new Appendices Private Life and Settlement Family Life, applicable from June 2022.
Now that Appendix FM is more than 10 years old, people on the 10 year family route with leave as a partner or parent can finally apply for settlement. This course will cover the new rules for this as set out in Appendix Settlement Family Life.
The course will also cover the new Private Life route and rules contained in Appendix Private Life.
*This course will not cover Settlement on the five year family life route.
