ILPA: Sponsorship, Skilled Workers, and Salary: how much does a sponsored worker need to get paid?: ILPA Summer Bitesize Series

A bitesize look at the tricky issue of acceptable salaries for sponsored Skilled Workers. We will consider:

•    Changes from the previous Tier 2 scheme
•    How the rules now work under the Points Based System
•    Who qualifies for discounts
•    How tradeable ‘tradeable points’ really are

Due to the short duration of the session, the course will not include other Skilled Worker issues such as selection of a Code of Practice.
