EIN members should note that we've recently produced a handy new training guide with practical, easy-to-follow guidance to help you better understand and use two key areas of the EIN website: searching and bundles.
The 35-page guide is available for download here. For easy future reference, it will be linked from the main EIN help index page.
Section one of the guide will help you learn how to more effectively search the EIN website, from choosing the correct search engine to using advanced syntax and building complex queries.
We've also included some practical search examples to illustrate how features such as 'Relevance bias' can help you receive more relevant search results.
Section two of the guide covers the whole process of creating bundles, from saving items on the EIN website in 'content bundles' to using the Bundle-Maker software to create fully paginated and indexed court bundles in Microsoft Word.
There are screenshots throughout the training guide.
While the guide should prove particularly useful for new EIN members, we hope experienced EIN members will also find it offers plenty of useful tips and information.
