The aim of the course is to provide practitioners with a clear overview of the current measures, policy guidance and any concessions in place to enable them to fully advise and prepare clients who are applying or considering applying for settlement in work and business routes, including closed categories such as the Investor, Entrepreneur and sole representative of overseas business routes.

Audience:

The session is aimed at practitioners either with prior knowledge and experience of business-related settlement applications who are looking to refine their knowledge of this area of practice or who wish to expand knowledge of areas which they do not routinely work in.
