We at Citizens Advice in North and West Kent (CANWK) are looking to recruit an Immigration Advice Service Manager for the first time. This is a new role, created as part of our commitment to invest in the growth and development of our immigration service for the benefit of our local communities. So it’s an exciting time to be joining us!
The post offers a fantastic opportunity to head up your own small team, develop your management skills and to also play a key role in shaping the service as we move forward with our growth plans. The post-holder will be a member of the Central Management Team and report to the Deputy Chief Executive.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering a high quality customer service to those most in need, has the ability to lead, manage and develop our Immigration Team and is not afraid to drive change and improvement.
The successful candidate must be a skilled and experienced immigration professional with OISC Level 3 accreditation, although we will consider applications from skilled professionals with OISC Level 2 accreditation with the ability to achieve Level 3 quickly.
Citizen Advice in North and West Kent is the local Citizens Advice for Gravesham, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Swanley and Tonbridge and Malling, serving a population of over 450,000. We are a dynamic and forward thinking organisation, working proactively to deliver a wide range of high quality advice services across the area to give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are and whatever their problem.
This is a permanent full-time (35 hours/week) position, although applicants seeking a part-time position will be considered.
