Migrant rights in the UK after Brexit: 31 January 2020 & beyond

Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to invite you to our next seminar presented by an expert panel of specialist immigration counsel:

Alison Pickup, Simon Cox, Agata Patyna and Phil Haywood will address the post-Brexit immigration situation for EU citizens and their family members. The training will cover the effects of the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement and the EU (Withdrawal Agreement) Act on rights and practice under the Immigration (EEA) Regulations, the EU Settlement Scheme, deportation and rights to reside for benefits and housing. We will discuss legal arguments on migrants' rights during the transition period, and beyond.
