HJT - Naturalisation Course

This course will look at the practical issues involved in submitting a Naturalisation application.  While it will go through the legal requirements it will go on to focus on various aspects of the application that can cause issues to clients and how best to avoid these.  

The course will provide a brief overview of the other ways of obtaining British Nationality but will focus on Naturalisation.  Areas covered will include the Residency Requirement, Good Character and the  completing of the form and will draw on examples from previous experience. 

You will emerge from this course with a good understanding of the pre-requisites involved in the making of a Naturalisation application, things to remember and how best to avoid complications.
