Terms and Conditions
1. Entries need to be submitted using the electronic ‘submission form’ at:
http://www.ein.org.uk/jobs/form.shtml
2. Submission of job details implies consent to the terms and conditions hereto but does not guarantee that the advertisement will be accepted. Acceptance will be confirmed along with the agreed rate and a preview of the individual web page.
3. Upon agreement as above, payment must be made in advance of publication ie visibility, in the EINployment section
4. EIN does not undertake to guarantee the appearance of the advertisement by a specific date and does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any error or inaccuracy in the copy or liability for its non-appearance or inaccessibility (for example due to temporary technical difficulties). While we make every effort to meet the wishes of advertisers, mistakes can occur in electronic text and we do ask that you check the text and notify us of changes required. Amendments to the text can be submitted at any time during the course of its presence in the EINployment section.
5. The future rates for advertising may be changed at the discretion of EIN, without notice.
Note to EIN Members: We are aware that in the past ten years this has been a free service to EIN members and ask members to understand that a) we make this change in the reliable knowledge that the EINployment section is widely ‘visited’ by both members and non-members and b) that the successful development of the EINployment section will assist both the new development of the entire EIN website (which is now underway) and other publications which are intended for the benefit of EIN members. |
