We have 4 Case Manager vacancies in our vibrant Case Management team for the following destinations. United Kingdom Canada Australia Experience is essential – do not apply if you do not have at least 1 years experience in case management of any of the specified destinations above. You will be required to complete the following tasks on a daily basis: Managing approximately 70-100 cases for the purpose of migration to the United Kingdom. Contact clients at regular intervals in accordance with Global Visas quality service systems. Advising, assessing and collecting documents relevant to the migration process Submitting successful applications to the relevant Government Authorities on a daily basis Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the company's procedures and processes Report all non conformities to the Migration Manager and liaise with them in matters regarding complaints and refunds settlement and provide written explanations to all issues highlighted by clients in their complaint Work closely with case coordinators to ensure the high quality of service and advice is provided Keeping updated with the latest Government legislation changes relevant to specific visa categories Assist in training and induction of new staff and provide support in training of case coordinators Salary: Competitive salary dependant on qualifications and experience Start: Immediate Vacancies: 3
