Further details: We are looking for individuals with a keen interest and commitment to working with immigration detainees. You will advise clients at advice surgeries at Harmondsworth, Yarlswood and other London immigration removal centres and prisons. You will advise and represent asylum seekers through the detained fast-track process. You will advise immigration detainees in police stations by phone. You will make and represent on bail applications. In short, this is the position for you if you care passionately about those detained in the immigration system and want to bring your intelligence, experience and commitment to their assistance.

You need to be accredited to Level 2 under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and have at least 12 months experience. Please see the full Person Specification and Job Description for further details.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is in the range of £21,000 - £26,000 according to experience.

The position will be for an initial fixed term of 12 months.
