Further details: Gerald & Co. is an OISC regulated Immigration Consultancy and we are known for specialist Immigration and Human Rights law practice. We are a small friendly immigration practice and we would like to help provide expert advice to corporate clients and private individuals regarding UK immigration matters. We are currently seeking Legal Caseworkers to join our team.

We are passionate about providing first-class advice and legal representation, irrespective of our clients' status or background. If you have the skills and commitment to make a difference then we would like to hear from you.
Qualifications and experience:
• Applicants will be expected to have a Law degree level qualification (from the UK) and LSC accreditation at Level 2.
• Manage substantial and varied caseloads of UK immigration applications, from Visitor, HSMP, Entry Clearance, to Work Permits applications, in accordance with UK Immigration law and policies.
• Excellent client relationship management skills are essential while you draft and prepare applications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage all cases via our IT system to maintain accurate records of all events on a case.
The successful candidates will be able to prove previous practical experience and knowledge of UK immigration legislation, client relationship management skills, ideally working previously for a specialist immigration consultancy or within the Home Office Immigration Department in a public facing role.
