Due to continued expansion we currently have a vacancy for a Senior Immigration Caseworker, Level 2 Accredited at our Doncaster office.
You will be expected to have control of your own caseload across the whole range of immigration and asylum work. Advocacy is an advantage.
Supervisor qualification is not essential but would be an advantage.
Halliday Reeves Law Firm has been an established Solicitors Practice since 1994 and has a pedigree for delivering high quality Immigration work both to our Private and Corporate clients and under an LSC contract. We have 2 main offices in Gateshead and Doncaster as well as 2 Outreach offices in Middlesbrough and Sunderland. Both of our offices are centrally located and allow easy access via public transport.
Our Doncaster office opened in February 2006 and we already have over 12 Fee Earners at a variety of different levels. Combined with our existing office in Gateshead which has over 20 Fee Earners we are able to service cases from North Lincolnshire up to the Borders.
Dealing with predominately publicly funded work we have LSC devolved powers, Category 1 suppliers and Peer Review Competence Plus.
We are heavily committed to IT.
