It will look at the UK Border Agency's policies on enforcement, the use of judicial review and how to cope with the many practical difficulties that arise in these cases, sharing experiences and case studies. . Steve Bravery is co-convenor of the ILPA Detention and Asylum Fast Track Subcommittee. He has over ten years experience as a criminal law practitioner in addition to his extensive experience of immigration cases. Nichola Cockburn has extensive experience of challenges to removal and particular experience in challenges before the Administrative Court.
