HJT Training: Immigration Update

The fast pace of change under the new Government continues and the courts and tribunal have been busy generating plenty of new case law. This course offers a way to stay bang up to date on the key developments in immigration law since the spring, including a review of the most recent Statements of Changes to the rules, the new immigration categories that have been created, yet further tinkering with the Points Based System, the major new consultations on family migration and cases including on the right of appeal to the Court of Appeal and judicial review of the Upper Tribunal.
