HJT - Skills Workshop 1 for OISC Advisors: Taking initial instructions and client care
This workshop looks at the initial client interview, and the essential information the adviser will need from the client to begin work on the case. We will then be looking at the various sources of law beyond the immigration rules to ensure all options for our client are considered. That will allow us to begin assessing the merit of the possible options, and draft the essential client care letter that will summarise all of this.
