HJT - Common Problems in Human Rights Applications, Appeals

Common problems in human rights applications, appeals and judicial review applications

HJT is trialling a new concept in public training courses, where the delegates choose the content!

Anyone signing up for the course has the chance to raise two questions that are concerning them, in writing, at least one week beforethe course date.

The trainer (Mark Symes, Garden Court Chambers) will then structure the session in order to explain how an experienced practitioner might find their way round the legal framework, case law and Home Office guidance, with a view to getting the best outcome for their client.

What do you want to be taught?

Please note: public training courses cannot give legal advice, so please keep your scenarios reasonably generalised.
