HJT - Children: section 55, ZH (Tanzania), Zambrano and best interests
The law on children affected by immigration decisions has fundamentally changed in the last two years, but the Home Office, judges and practitioners still have some catching up to do. This course looks at the key legal developments around children's rights in immigration cases (not just where the children are the client but also where a child or children are affected indirectly by a decision) and goes on to examine ways of arguing and evidencing such cases.
The author, Colin Yeo, is editor of the Free Movement immigration law blog.
