I'm
an IAA adjudicator. How do I get access to EIN?
I've
just registered online for EIN and the username and password I've been
sent does not work.
If you register online, you should allow four working days for your credit
card application to be processed or your cheque to be received. If you
need access urgently, call the EIN office and we'll try to get you on
line as soon as possible.
When I type my username and password, the site asks
me for them again and I can't get access. What's going on?
Check that you're entering your username and password correctly. Both
are case sensitive. If you still can't get access, check the points below.
- All passwords are
Uppercase and consist of 4 letters followed by 3 numbers.
- Check with your
finance department that your organisation's membership has been paid:
EIN's automated payment system means that you will be cut off automatically
if payment is not received.
- If you're trying
to access country materials, make sure that your membership is Joint
EIN/HJT. If you are EIN only, your membership will not allow to view
country materials. If you would like to upgrade, please contact the
EIN office and this can be arranged over the phone.
- If none of the
above solutions applies, please call the EIN office on 0845 4584151
or e-mail admin@ein.org.uk.
Even
if we are not EIN members can we use the Jobs section to advertise our
vacancies? How?
All EIN members can
currently advertise jobs for free on this site, while others will be charged
£50 (plus VAT) per vacancy. If you are advertising a job please
fill in the submission form by clicking
